RV SITES

We guarantee the SITE TYPE you choose at booking, but we do not guarantee the site number- unless you LOCK YOUR SITE.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. (to allow for site maintenance for incoming guests.)

• *** Late checkouts*** if not out by 11:15am you will be charged $20 late checkout fee. If not out by 1:00pm you will be charged for another day

VEHICLES

• Only ONE RV and ONE tow vehicle allowed per site.

• An extra vehicle will be charged $3.00 per day and will need to be parked in overflow parking.

• *GUESTS visiting must first check in at the office to receive a Visitors Pass for their vehicle.

• A visitor Pass is good for one day only. All visitors must depart by 10 p.m.

PET OWNERS

• If you are caught NOT picking up after your pet(s) while staying here at Whispering Pines, there will be a $50 fine assessed to your site - per offense. If your dog is caught digging in the dog park or anywhere else, there will be a $50 fine assessed to your site. Dogs must remain ON leash unless inside the provided dog park.

PAYMENT
We accept major Credit card and ACH - Full payment is due at time of booking.

TAXES
An 8% Montana Accommodations tax is applied to all reservations.

DISCOUNTS
10% for Good Sam & AAA & Active Military (one discount per site, must be applied at time of booking).

Please call the office if you need help applying your discount, as discounts MUST be applied AT TIME OF BOOKING

CANCELLATION INFORMATION! Please read the following information!

• Your credit card payment will hold your reservation until 11:00 AM the following day of your scheduled arrival date. Unless notified by email of late arrival.

• Please call us if you will be arriving after 8:00 PM. Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 14 days PRIOR to your original scheduled arrival date to receive a 75% refund on your reservation. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund regardless of when the reservation was made. Cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine). Early departures & no shows will receive NO refund. Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we cannot give refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures for any reason.

• Inconsiderate or disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests assume all risk of use and hold harmless Whispering Pines RV Park of all injury, accidents, negligence or acts of nature.

• We cannot always guarantee a specific site. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes and reserve the right to change sites at any time without notice. You will receive the same site type you reserved.
